Keep a safe distance with other cyclists and any other vehicle, road
user, obstacle and structure, and adapt your driving to the road
conditions;

Make sure to perform a safe overtaking;
→
Keep your hands on the handlebar;
→
If the battery charge is low, keep a constant low speed and charge
the battery as soon as possible;
→
Do not use the EAB in low visibility surroundings, including but not
limited to, in presence of mist, fog conditions, snow, hail, rain and/or
at night;
→
Do not lend your bicycle to other persons without familiarizing
themselves with this Owner’s Manual beforehand;
→
Do not drive your bicycle when you are ill, injured, tired, under the
influence of medication, drugs and/or alcohol and/or when your
faculties are impaired by any other cause;
→
Do not use the EAB with headphones on;
→
Always be aware of your environment, your faculties and your abilities
and make sure to always drive in safe conditions;
→
Make sure to hydrate and eat well before and during the use of the
EAB. Respect your physical limits.
Failure to comply with the recommended precautions when using the EAB by
the EAB user can cause property damages, cause injury to the EAB user and/
or to a third party, and/or cause the death of the EAB user and/or of a third
party.
EBGO cannot be held responsible for any property damage, moral damage
and/or bodily suered by the EAB user and/or by any third party resulting of
the omission and/or the negligence of the EAB user to comply with the re-
commended precautions when using the EAB.
