→ The failure to comply with the inspection of the EAB components and
parts and failure to provide the needed corrections;
→ The omission and/or the negligence of the EAB user to comply with
the recommended precautions when using the EAB.
Furthermore, EBGO cannot be held responsible for any damages, including
property damage, moral damage and/or bodily injury, suered by the EAB
owner, user and/or by any third party resulting from:
→ The end of lifespan of the EAB, its components, its parts and/or the
EAB battery;
→ Any error, fault, including any intentional fault or gross fault, omission
or negligence on the part of the owner and/or any user of the EAB in
the handling, use, transportation, maintenance and/or storage of the
EAB, its components, parts and/or the EAB battery;
→ The misuse of the EAB by the owner and/or any user of the EAB;
→ The premature wear and tear of the EAB, its components,
its parts and/or the EAB battery due to the handling, use,
transportation, maintenance and/or storage of the EAB, its
components, its parts and/or the EAB battery by the owner and/or
any user;
→ Any error, fault, including intentional or gross fault, omission and/or
negligence on the part of a third party;
→ Force majeure or act of God;
→ The normal wear of the EAB.
EBGO notifies the owner and every user of the EAB that the use of the EAB
involves inherent risks and dangers that the owner and every user of the EAB
agree to assume in full, whatever their nature.
The owner and every user of the EAB accept to release EBGO from all liability
and assume sole responsibility for any damage of any kind that they may suf-
fer and/or that the owner and user of the EAB or the EAB itself may cause to
third parties.
