ERROR CODE CAUSE SOLUTION
E01
The washing machine door is not
properly closed.
Close the door properly until you hear
aclick. If your washing machine still shows
amalfunction, switch o the washing machine,
unplug it and contact the nearest authorized
service center immediately.
E02
Insucient water pressure, or low
water level inside the washing
machine.
Check if the tap is open fully. The water supply
may be disconnected. If the problem persists,
the washing machine will stop automatically
after awhile. Disconnect the washing machine,
close the water tap and contact the nearest
authorized service center.
E03
Defective pump, clogged pump
lter or faulty electrical connection
of the pump.
Clean the pump lter. If the problem persists,
contact the closest authorized service centre.

There is an excessive amount of
water in the washing machine.
The washing machine drains the water by
itself. Once the water has drained, switch o
the washing machine and unplug it. Close the
water tap and contact the nearest authorized
service center.
