ASSEMBLING
WARNING DANGER
NEVER START ENGINE WITHOUT SHAFT
TUBE ASSEMBLY INSTALLED.
THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY.
U-HANDLE INSTALLATION
• Assemble handle and bracket to handle support
loosely.
• Position handle in comfortable operating position
and tighten four bolts (M5×35).
RIGHT HANDLE INSTALLATION
• Assemble the handle and bracket to handle
support loosely.
• Position handle in comfortable operating position
and tighten four bolts (M5×25).
• Fix the throttle cable to the driveshaft assembly
using both clips (M5×22, Nut).

lNSTALLING SHIELD
• Place shield on the bracket of the gear housing,
aligning holes in bracket with those in shield.
• Secure shield to bracket with four bolts (M5×20).
NOTE
The left and right side of the U-Handle are
adjustable.

DRIVE SHAFT
•Stand engine upright on a level floor.
•Fit drive shaft assembly ensuring that the drive
shaft is correctly engaged.
•Tighten four bolts (M5×25) to fasten drive shaft
assembly.
