  Your Echo Blower might be experiencing issues due to several reasons. A dirty air filter, fuel filter, or a plugged fuel vent can cause these problems; clean or replace them as needed. A dirty or worn spark plug may also be the culprit; try cleaning, adjusting, or replacing it. Improper carburetor adjustment or a dirty/plugged cooling system can also lead to these issues, so adjust the carburetor and clean the cooling system. Finally, check the spark arrestor screen for blockage and replace if necessary.

What to do if my Echo PB-620 Blower engine cranks but starts hard or doesn't start?

  If your Echo Blower engine cranks but struggles to start, several factors could be responsible. There might be no fuel reaching the carburetor, in which case you should clean or replace it. The fuel mixture could be too rich; try opening the choke, cleaning or replacing the air filter, and adjusting the carburetor. Ensure the switch is in the ON position and inspect the spark plug. If there's no spark, the spark plug gap might be incorrect, covered with carbon, fouled with fuel, or simply defective. Adjust the gap to .65mm (0.026in.), clean or replace the plug, or replace it altogether.

  If the Echo Blower engine runs, but the blower is not working correctly, check for a clogged pipe and unclog it. Also, check for any vibration and tighten any loose components. In case of wear or misuse, consider replacing the affected parts.
