Why does my Echo SRM-310S engine crank but not start?

  If your Echo Trimmer engine cranks but struggles to start, or doesn't start at all, several factors could be responsible. The fuel strainer or fuel line might be clogged, or there could be an issue with the carburetor. Try cleaning or replacing these parts. Also, the fuel mixture may be too rich, so try opening the choke, cleaning or replacing the air filter, or adjusting the carburetor. If there's no spark, ensure the switch is in the ON position. Finally, inspect the spark plug; if the spark gap is incorrect, adjust it to .65mm (0.026 in.), or clean/replace the plug if it's covered with carbon, fouled with fuel, or defective.
