Starting The Engine Whilst Wearing The Backpack:
This Eckman equipment is fitted with Easy Start that requires considerably less power to turn the engine
over and an Extended Starter Handle fixed to the frame to allow the user to re-start the engine whilst
wearing the backpack. It is recommended when starting the engine for the very first time or in cold
conditions, to start the engine on the ground to begin with and let it warm up for a minute. Then switch it
off and fit the backpack. Re-starting the engine from warm whilst still wearing the backpack should not be a
problem.
