4.10. Internal adjustments
4.10.1. Input sensitivity adjustments
The MAC90i has the possibility of internal modification of the CD and LINE channels input
sensitivity, as mentioned in section 3.2. The sensitivity adjustment is performed by changing the
position of the jumpers on the printed circuit board.
The next table shows the preset sensitivities, the alternate ones, the jumper positions and
comments about it:
Preset Alternate Change Comment
CD 0 dB -10 dB jumper off more sensitive
LINE -10dB 0dB jumper on less sensitive
ATTENTION: The modification of the input gain range must be carried out by a qualified
technician.
4.10.2. Output sensitivity adjustments
Same as with input sensitivities (CD and LINE), the output levels for OUT1 / OUT2 / XFA /
XFB are internally and independently adjustable.

technician.
