Remote Handset
You can wall mount the remote holder so the handset is easily accessible. The
handset should be kept indoors mostly to prevent moisture ingress.
The two groups of bouncing boxes show that the handset and control box are
sending and receiving signals to operate the roof correctly. If you only have one
set of bouncing boxes there is a communication error and the control box may
require a power reset.
The Remote handset Home screen displays the motor you are controlling - 1 or 2
and r when rain mode is on. To refresh your home screen press Open or Close.
Handset Functions
OPEN
– Rotates the louvres open, from 0 – 180 degrees
CLOSE
– Rotates the louvres closed, from 180 degrees to closed
MODE
– Short press shows current Rain mode, press STEP to toggle rain
on or off. Short press mode again to exit rain mode showing on screen. An r will
appear on the remote home screen near the 1 or 2 when the unit is in rain mode.
A long press of MODE will show motor current draw, which is useful for installers
as they set up the controller.
STEP
– Steps between the banks of louvres 1, to 2, back to 1. etc
Two button functions
OPEN + MODE
– Closes the banks of louvres 1 at a time, then re-opens
them 1 at a time to approximately 90degs.
CLOSE + MODE
– Closes the banks of louvres 1 at a time.
