If your Eco Air Air Conditioner isn't cooling well, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the air filter isn't blocked with dust or animal hair; if it is, turn off the unit and clean the filter according to the instructions. Also, check that the exhaust hose is properly connected and free from blockages; disconnect the hose to inspect it. Another possible cause is a low refrigerant level, which requires a service technician to inspect and top it off. Check that the temperature setting isn't too high, and ensure all windows and doors in the room are closed. Confirm that the room size doesn't exceed the unit's cooling capacity and eliminate any heat sources from the room if possible.
