What to do if my Eco Pure Water Dispenser has no soft water and a blank display?
    • J
      Jennifer JenkinsAug 16, 2025
If your Eco Pure Water Dispenser isn't producing soft water and the display is blank, check the power supply. Ensure it's plugged into the wall outlet and properly connected to the back of the electronic board. If there's a power loss, correct it, reset the electronic controls, and then use the RECHARGE NOW feature. Also, inspect the fuse and circuit breaker. Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker if necessary, and then use the RECHARGE NOW feature. If the issue persists, the electronic control board may be malfunctioning and need replacement.

What to do if Error code E1, E3 or E4 appears on Eco Pure Water Dispenser?
    • E
      Emily CastroAug 19, 2025
If your Eco Pure Water Dispenser is showing error code E1, E3, or E4, the issue might be with the wiring harness or connections to the position switch. Try replacing the wiring harness or connections to the position switch. If that doesn't resolve the problem, the switch itself may be faulty and need replacement. A fault in the valve causing high torque or an inoperative motor could also be the cause. In these cases, replace the rotor/seal or the motor.

Why is my Eco Pure Water Dispenser sometimes dispensing hard water?
    • T
      Thomas AdamsAug 28, 2025
If you sometimes get hard water from your Eco Pure Water Dispenser, first check if the time is set correctly and change it if needed. Also, ensure the water hardness is set correctly. Avoid using hot water while the softener is regenerating, as the water heater will fill with hard water. There might be an increase in water hardness; test untreated water for hardness and iron, and program the water softener accordingly. Finally, check for leaking faucets or toilet valves and fix any leaks, ensuring faucets are fully closed to prevent excessive water usage.

Why Eco Pure Water Dispenser has no soft water and salt level not dropping?
    • J
      John RobinsonAug 31, 2025
If your Eco Pure Water Dispenser isn't softening water and the salt level isn't dropping, the salt storage tank might be bridged. Refer to the “Breaking a Salt Bridge” section to break the salt bridge. Alternatively, the bypass valves might be in the “bypass” position. Move the bypass valves to the “service” position.

    • S
      Steven MccoyNov 21, 2025
If your Eco Pure Water Dispenser has a salt storage tank full of water, and water is running to the drain while the unit is in the soft water cycle, several issues could be the cause. The nozzle and venturi assembly might be dirty, plugged, or damaged; take it apart, clean it, and inspect it. There might be an inner valve fault causing a leak; replace the seals and rotor. The valve drain hose could be plugged; ensure the hose has no kinks, sharp bends, or blockages. The valve drain line and Salt Storage Tank overflow drain might be connected together by a tee; disconnect the tee and run separate drain lines. Low or high system water pressure could also be the problem; increase well pump output to a minimum of 20 psi if the pressure is low, or add a pressure reducing valve in the supply pip...
