• Before disconnecting the Battery terminals, you MUST set the BATTERY SWITCH on top of the Junction
Box to OFF position, then press and hold the BATTERY ON/OFF button on the right side of the junction
box for 10 seconds, until the indicator is off.
• Both ends of the positive cable are positive connectors. Both ends of the negative cable are negative
connectors.
• Connectors are required at both ends of the battery communication cable.
• It is recommended to use COM1 for communication between the inverter and battery, COM2 for battery
parallel communication.
