  If your ECOHOUZING Heater shuts off, the alarm sounds, and the LED lights flash, it indicates that a safety protection device has been activated to prevent overheating. First, place the heater in the upright position and check for any obstructions. If you find one, turn the heater off, unplug it, and wait at least 10 minutes for it to cool down. Carefully remove the obstruction, plug the heater back in, and restart it. If the problem persists, unplug the heater and have it checked by an authorized service person.

Alternatively, the set temperature may be too low, or the heater is operating at the low power setting (900W). Try selecting the high power setting (1500W), increasing the temperature setting, or choosing the "Max" mode.
