  If the eControls Cables and connectors CAN/SERIAL LED is flashing red and there is no communication, several factors could be at play: * A disconnected wire or reversed CAN-H and CAN-L wires. To fix this, resolve the wiring issue. * The eControls device software may be set to the wrong baud rate. Verify the correct baud rate for your bus and controllers, then adjust your software accordingly. * The CAN bus might need a 120-ohm terminating resistor. If so, connect a terminating resistor between CAN-H and CAN-L. * The ECOM device may be attempting to transmit a CAN packet when there is no other node on the CAN bus. Connect and activate another CAN device to resolve this.

  If the eControls Cables and connectors Power LED is stable red, but there is no communication, it could be due to problems with the driver installation. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the driver using the latest driver setup executable file. Alternatively, access the Device Manager on your PC and find the ECOM Communications Device icon. If there's an error indicator or no icon, double-check all connections and attempt the installation again.
