  If your ECOWITT Weather Station isn't reporting data, here are a few things to check: * First, make sure your station ID is correct. * Next, confirm that your password (also called key) is correct. This is the password wunderground.com generated for your station ID. You can verify it by logging into wunderground.com and looking it up under “My PWS.” * If there's a number "1" on the station key, try inputting the lowercase letter "L" to replace it in the app. * Also, ensure the date, time, and time zone are correct in the WS View app. Incorrect settings may cause data to be reported for a past or future time.

  If you're having trouble with the Wi-Fi connection or gateway configuration for your ECOWITT Weather Station, consider the following: * Check for the Wi-Fi light on the gateway. * Ensure you've configured the correct SSID and password. * Note that the gateway doesn't support “captive Wi-Fi” networks (typically guest networks requiring agreement to terms). * Verify that DHCP mode is enabled. * Enable location access for the WS View app in your mobile device settings. * Try alternative configuration methods. * Reset your router or the gateway to factory mode, then try the configuration again. * As a troubleshooting step, try setting your router password to none and then do the configuration again. If successful, you can set your router password back and configure the gateway...
