What to do if the Edenwood BDS 22 Subwoofer remote control does not work?

To troubleshoot a remote control that isn't working with your Edenwood Subwoofer, first select the correct source before pressing any playback control button. Try reducing the distance between the remote and the unit, ensuring you're aiming directly at the sensor on the front. Also, check the batteries, making sure they are correctly aligned (+/–) or replace them with new ones.
