To troubleshoot a remote control that isn't working with your Edenwood Subwoofer, first select the correct source before pressing any playback control button. Try reducing the distance between the remote and the unit, ensuring you're aiming directly at the sensor on the front. If your Edenwood Subwoofer has no sound, first ensure that the unit is not muted by pressing the (MUTE) button or the VOL + /– button. Try switching the soundbar to standby mode and then back on using the button on the unit or remote. When using a digital connection like HDMI or OPTICAL, verify that the audio setting of the input source (TV, game console, DVD player, etc.) is set to PCM or Dolby Digital mode. If you are using Bluetooth, check that the volume on your source device is turned up and that the device is not muted.
