The red light is flashing instead of the blue light.
● It means the headphone battery has low power. You need to recharge
the headphone.
The red light is off when charging.
● Please ensure the connection between the charging device and the
headphone works well.
● The batteries would be in the state of hibernate if the headphone is not in
use for a long time. It needs to be recharged about 30 minutes. By then
the red light will be on.
You cannot hear anything from the headphone.
● make sure the headphone is ON
● Make sure the headphone’s volume is correct.
● Make sure the headphone is properly connected with your mobile.
● Make sure if the headphone is too far away from your mobile or there is
any interfere device nearby.
The call quality is not good.
● Make sure if your mobile is in the area having strong signal.
● The effective work range of the headphone is 10 meters. Make sure
the headphone is within the effective work range and there are no
obstacles between the headphone and your mobile.
Why cannot the headphone pause, restore, go last and next when
playing music.
● These functions need the devices being paired with the headphone to
support AVRCP protocol (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile).
It can’t connect by NFC function
● make sure NFC function on the phone is on.
● you need to take the phone touch headphone for about 3 seconds in
the first pairing, you can take away the phone until the red and blue
indicator lights blink alternately, or the pairing maybe unsuccessful.
