AFFILATURA DELLE LAME TAGLIA ERBA

1. Le lame taglia erba sono rovesciabili: quando un lato
non è più a lato, la lama puė essere rovesciata e si puė
usare l’altro lato (Fig. 69).
2. Le lame taglia erba si a lano con una lima piatta a
taglio semplice (Fig. 70).
3. Per mantenere l’equilibratura, limare in modo uniforme
tutti i taglienti
4. Se le lame non sono a late correttamente possono creare
vibrazioni anomale alla macchina con conseguente
rottura delle lame stesse.
AFFILATURA DISCO
Veri care sempre le condizioni generali del disco.
Una corretta a latura del disco permette il massimo
rendimento del decespuglitore.
Per a lare i denti, utlizzare una lima o mola quindi
procedere a piccoli tocchi rispettando gli angoli e le
dimensioni riportate in Fig. 66-67.
ATTENZIONE! - Un utensile di taglio sbagliato o
una lama a lata in modo sbagliato aumentano i rischi di
contraccolpo. Controllare le lame taglia erba per individuare
danni o incrinature; se sono danneggiate sostituirle
(Fig. 68).
ATTENZIONE: Non saldare, raddrizzare o
modificare la forma di apparati di taglio danneggiati
nel tentativo di ripararli. Queste operazioni possono
determinare il distacco dell’apparato di taglio e
provocare lesioni gravi o letali.

1. Les lames coupe-herbes peuvent être retournées:
lorsqu’un côté n’est plus a ěté, retourner la lame pour
l’utiliser de l’autre côté (Fig. 69).
2. A ěter les lames à l’aide d’une lime plate à section
simple (Fig. 70).
3. Pour maintenir l’équilibrage, limer toutes les parties
coupantes de faćon uniforme.
4. Si les lames ne sont pas a ětées correctement, elles
risquent de créer des vibrations anormales sur la machine,
ce qui entraînerait la rupture des lames.
AFFUTAGE DU DISQUE
Véri ez toujours les conditions générales du disque.
Un a ětage correct du disque vous procurera un rendement
maximum de la débroussailleuse.
Pour a ěter les dents utilisez une lime ou meule et procédez
par àcoups en respectant les angles et les dimensions
repostées à la Fig. 66-67.
ATTENTION! – Un mauvais outil de coupe ou une
lame mal a ětée font augmenter les risques de contrecoups.
Contrôler les lames du coupe-herbes pour identi er si elles
sont endommagées; si elles le sont, les remplacer (Fig. 68).
AVERTISSEMENT : Ne tentez jamais de réparer
un outil de coupe endommagé en soudant, redressant
ou modifiant sa forme de quelque façon que ce soit.
Cela pourrait contribuer au délogement de l’outil de
coupe et provoquer des blessures graves, voire mortelles.

1. Blades are reversible: when one side is no longer
sharp, the blade can be turned over and used on the
other side (Fig. 69).
2. Blades are sharpened using a  at single-cut  l e
(Fig. 70).
3. To maintain the correct balance,  le all cutting edges
uniformly.
4. If the blades are not sharpened correctly, this can
set up abnormal vibrations in the machine and cause
the blades themselves to break ultimately.
BLADE SHARPENING
Always check the general condition of the blade.
Correct sharpening permits the maximum performance
of the brush cutter. To sharpen the teeth, use a  le or
grindstone and proceed with light touches, respecting
the corners and the dimensions shown in Fig. 66-67.
WARNING! –  e wrong type of cutter or an
incorrectly sharpened blade will increase the risk of
kickback. Check mower blades for deterioration or
cracks, and replace if damaged (Fig. 68).
WARNING: Never repair damaged cutting
attachments by welding, straightening or modifying
the shape. This may cause parts of the cutting tool
to come off and result in serious or fatal injuries.
