Dear Customer, we thank you for choosing the Effeuno oven.
Our production follows the guiding principle of the strictest quality control for each component, diligently
adhering to the European directives listed on the last page of this manual, as well as the UNI and CEI
standards for electrical/electronic assembly.
This is an electric oven designed for baking pizzas, crafted with cooking surfaces made of food-safe
refractory stone. It maximizes the stone's ability to evenly distribute heat while absorbing moisture from
the dough during cooking, enabling pizza baking at home. It quickly bakes various types of fresh or frozen
pizzas, with significantly reduced cooking times in the latter case as indicated on the packaging.
Effeuno cannot be held responsible for any modifications/replacements/use of non-original components,
as they may lead to operational anomalies or permanent damage to the oven, compromising its safety.
We kindly urge you to request any replacement parts exclusively from the manufacturer or authorized
dealers.
2. GENERAL WARNINGS
•
Do not use the oven if it shows damage/defects to the power cord or plug.
•
Do not immerse the oven and its components in water, and do not handle it with wet hands or feet; this
could cause thermal shock.
•
Do not wash with a water jet.
•
Do not use the oven near rooms where the presence of water could pose a potential hazard.
•
Do not expose the oven to atmospheric agents and do not use it outdoors (not even under a canopy or
any cover).
•
Do not use the oven near combustibles (wood, curtains, plastic, etc.) and in the presence of heat sources
that can cause ignition (gas, flames, household oven, etc.).
•
Do not scatter flour on the refractory stone/baking stone, as it could cause smoke and fires.
•
Maintain a distance of 5 meters between the oven and other machinery that may release oils, flours, etc.
•
Do not allow individuals who are not self-sufficient or children/minors to use the oven without proper
supervision..
•

Never pull the cord or the oven to disconnect the plug from the socket, and do not leave the cord hanging.
•
During and for a limited period after cooking, oven components become hot, do not touch.
•
