LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY DETAILS:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be
excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and for compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage for up to 12 months from the
date of purchase. You are also entitled to have the goods
repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
(defective goods) within 12 months from the date of
purchase.
To claim under the warranty you need to return the
product to the place of purchase (at your expense) with
a valid receipt or other proof of purchase. If you are not
able to return the product to the place of purchase you

EFM REGISTERED WARRANTY PROGRAM
In addition to a standard 12 month limited warranty, all
registered EFM products are also covered by one full
replacement warranty of 2 or 5 years, dependent on the
product. This registered warranty is against defects in
the goods purchased and does not cover damage caused
by the incorrect use or installation of the goods, or by
modifications, or by accident. To be eligible for the EFM
Registered Warranty Program, follow the instructions
overleaf.
