The scooter should not be used by:
People who are unable to:
• Fold or unfold it using both hands*;
• Transfer themselves onto the seat* and remain in a seated up-
right position at all times, without assistance while the vehicle is
in motion;
• Place and keep your feet on the foot-pegs;
• Operate all controls fully and as intended;
• Steer competently and appropriately at all times and in all con-
ditions;
• Maintain appropriate awareness of all relevant circumstances for
each journey and take appropriate action as may be required to
avoid mishap;
• Lift it in whole or in part as may be required dependent upon the
user’s needs*.
* Unless accompanied by a person suciently able and competent to
carry out that task.
