Why my Ego Power+ Chainsaw motor does not run?
    • B
      Brendan ReedJul 30, 2025
If the Ego Power+ Chainsaw motor isn't running, make sure the battery pack is properly attached. Check and clean the contacts before reinstalling the battery. Ensure the battery is charged. If the battery or chainsaw is too hot, let them cool down. Press and hold the lock-off button before pressing the trigger. Disengage the chain brake by pulling the kickback brake handle back. Also, check if the saw chain is stuck in the wood or if there's debris in the bar groove or side cover; remove any obstructions.
