  If the chainsaw stops running during operation, it could be due to: * Overload: Decrease the load on the chainsaw. * Overheating: Allow the battery pack or chainsaw to cool down until the temperature drops below 152°F (67°C). * Saw chain binding: Release the variable-speed trigger switch, remove the saw chain and guide bar from the wood, and then restart the chainsaw.
