  Your Ego Power+ Lawn Mower might stop while mowing due to several reasons: the battery pack may be depleted (charge it); the mower could be in an overload condition (raise the cutting height or slow down mowing); the mower deck might be clogged with grass and debris (unclog the mower deck, raise the cutting height, or cut a narrow swath); the battery or mower circuitry could be too hot (allow the battery pack or mower to cool down until the temperature drops below 67°C); or the side rail might be retracted due to pushing force on the handle (unlock the clamps, fully extend the side rails, and lock the clamps again).

  If your Ego Power+ Lawn Mower isn't mulching properly, this may be because wet grass clippings are sticking to the underside of the deck (wait until the grass dries before mowing), or the mower is trying to cut too much grass at once (raise the deck to a higher cutting height setting).
