First, ensure the exhaust air can escape freely by checking for kinks, downward routing, extensions, or clogs in the extraction hose. Clean the filter and remove any foreign objects blocking openings. Maintain minimum distances around the unit. If there's underpressure in the room, open a door or window for pressure equalization. Make sure the operating mode is set to 'Cool' and that the equipment isn't on an 'ON delay'. Also, lower the desired temperature setting. Finally, if there was a recent lightning strike causing overvoltage, switch off the equipment, unplug it, and switch it back on after 5 minutes.
