TROUBLESHOOTING
No faults should arise provided the appliance is operated correctly. In the event of any trouble, please check
the following points before contacting the customer service department:
Problem Possible cause
The appliance fails to work. Check whether the power plug is correctly inserted.
The appliance fails to cool. Wait for 3 minutes after switching on, then check
whether the water tank is full.
The room temperature should lie in the range
16 - 30°C.
Poor ventilation. Examine the air pipe and check whether the filter is
dirty. Clean the filter.
After a long period of non-use the appliance should be checked by a specialist.
