The EISL DX12008 is a shower system that combines an overhead shower and a hand shower, allowing users to switch between the two functions. Usage Features

Maintenance Features

- Avoid using aggressive, corrosive, or alcohol-based cleaning agents, as these can damage the surface.
- Regularly clean the shower nozzles to prevent limescale buildup.
- For stubborn limescale, use a mixture of water and vinegar, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Cartridge Maintenance: The thermostatic cartridge is a wear part and should be checked every 1-2 years. If the water flow is significantly reduced or if the temperature control becomes erratic, the cartridge may need to be replaced.
Seal Checks: Regularly check all connections and seals for leaks or visible damage. Replace any damaged seals or connection hoses immediately.
Filter Cleaning: If the water pressure decreases, check and clean the filters in the angle valves and the thermostatic mixer.
Dismantling for Cleaning: The manual provides instructions for dismantling the product for thorough cleaning if necessary.
Winterization: In areas prone to freezing temperatures, ensure that the water supply to the shower is turned off and the pipes are drained to prevent frost damage.
