Account Creation and Device Pairing: Users begin by downloading the Aiwit app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and creating an account. The app guides users through the process of adding the doorbell camera, which involves selecting the M50 model and entering pairing mode by pressing and holding the doorbell button until a red light flashes. The device connects to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported), and users input their network name and password. A QR code displayed on the phone is then scanned by the doorbell camera to complete the registration. A successful registration is confirmed by an audible "Device registration successful" message.
Real-time Monitoring and Communication: Once paired, the doorbell camera provides live video feed accessible through the Aiwit app. Users can view their doorstep at any time and engage in two-way audio communication with visitors. Up to 3 users can view the video feed simultaneously, but only one user can use the intercom function at a time. Shared accounts have limited permissions, with only the owner able to change settings, delete videos, or further share the device.

Recharging the Doorbell: The doorbell camera is battery-powered and requires periodic recharging. A flashing red and blue indicator light signals a low battery. This is done by inserting the included mounting bracket removal tool into a hole at the top of the doorbell and pushing until the bracket slides off. The battery tab should then be removed. The doorbell is recharged using a standard micro-USB cable (provided) plugged into a 5V1A USB power source. A solid red light indicates charging, and the light turns off when fully charged. A full charge typically takes 8-10 hours.
Resetting the Doorbell: If the device disconnects from Wi-Fi and fails to reconnect automatically, or if other issues arise, a reset may be necessary. To reset, first remove the mounting bracket as described for recharging. Then, press the "Reset Button" located on the back of the doorbell.
