What should I do if CrowView Note is not displayed ?

1. Please make sure to power the CrowView Note through the DC Interface.
2. Please make sure your device supports Type-C with full-featured.
3. Reboot your device and CrowView Note.
What should I do if the keyboard and touchpad of CrowView Note do not work when the HD cable is connected ?

Make sure the CrowView Note's USB-A intreface is connect to your master device.
If connect to the USB-A interface, the CrowView Note's keyboard and touchpad are not available.
Why doesn't the CrowView Note's speaker make a sound ?
Why does the touchpad still not work even though I have connected to the CrowView Note USB-A ?
If I connect two master devices at the same time, how should I switch the signal ?
Why can't the CrowView Note power other devices ?

Please make sure whether the speaker volume of CrowView Note is 0 and your master device is muted.
Please make sure that the touchpad is in an available state. You can change the touchpad status by F2 or Fn+F2.
You can switch the signal by F1 or Fn+F1.
Please check if your device can be powered by 5V. The CrowView Note output is 5V.
