Rotate the handlebar.
1. Using the appropriate hex wrench, loosen the one stem bolt on
the top a few turns.
2. Hold the front wheel between your knees and rotate the stem to
align with the front wheel. The brake(s) and Electra logo must be
facing forward.
3. Fully tighten the stem bolt with the hex wrench until there is an
indent in the palm of your hand.
