4. Using the appropriate hex wrench, loosen the one faceplate
bolt on the front of the stem a few turns.
5. Rotate the handlebar back towards the front of the bike so
the brake levers are about a 45 degree angle to the ground.
6. Fully tighten the faceplate bolt with the hex wrench until
there is an indent in the palm of your hand.
