Electronic Display Fault Codes
When the machine detects a problem and requires the customer’s attention, it will alert the customer
of this problem by beeping and display a fault code on the electronic display. The fault and the
corrective action is explained in the following table.
Displayed code Description Customer action
HC Not filling with water. 1. Make sure both wall taps are on, and hose filters not blocked.
2. Raise drain hose if water flowing out of drain hose.
3. Press START/PAUSE to re-start wash.
4. If problem remains, call Service.
SF Spin speed problem. The machine will continue operating, except that the spin speeds could
be either too fast or too slow. If this problem continues, call Service.
FL Flood. If water is pouring onto the floor, turn both wall taps OFF. Wait a few
minutes to see if the fault is corrected - if not, call Service.
LL Loss of water, while 1. If water is pouring onto the floor, turn both wall taps OFF.
washing. 2. Check drain hose for correct height and location in trough.
3. This problem can be caused by removing clothes from the wash
water. Press START/PAUSE to continue the wash.
4. If this problem continues call Service.
PU Draining problem. 1. Wait a few minutes to see if the fault is corrected.
2. If not, press START/PAUSE then check the drain hose for blockage,
Press START/PAUSE to continue the wash.
3. If the problem remains call Service.
dF Temperature sensing The machine will continue operating. If this problem is repeated, call
problem. Service.
CF Electronic fault. The machine will continue operating. If this problem is repeated call
Service.
LF Lid sensing problem. The washing machine will only permit draining. If not draining, press
START/PAUSE, press ADVANCE to select SPIN cycle, then press
START/PAUSE to start pump. If this problem is repeatedly experienced,
call Service.
PC Load size problem. The machine will continue operating. However the water level may be
(water level) too high or too low, call Service.
PO Water level problem. The machine will continue operating. If the selected water levels are too
high or too low and this problem is repeatedly experienced, call Service.
PF Water fill problem. The machine will only permit draining. If not draining, press
START/PAUSE, press ADVANCE to select SPIN cycle, then press
ST
ART/PAUSE to start pump. If this problem is repeatedly experienced,
call Service.
EE Electronic fault. The machine will not do a wash. If this fault persists, call Service.
