Possible actions during Hold
Press "Stop"
The LED goes out
The time display - HOLD - dims
or returns to the previous
setting.
The displays show
- Actual oven temperature
- Actual core temperature
Press "Oven temperature"
Press "Meat probe"
(core temperature)
When the button's LED lights,
it isactivated for setting.
The last setting flashes on
the display for 5 seconds.
Set the new value
using the"Setting knob"
when the button's LED comes on.
Press "Stop" for 1.5 seconds.
LEDs and displays are dimmed.
The actual temperature is shown
The display "Meat probe" flashes when the core temperature
has reached the set time.
Cancel cooking:
Press "Stop"
NOTE!
Settings are NOT cancelled
when the door is opened
during cooking.
Check or change the oven temperature and core temperature.
Press the actual step,
For 5 seconds flash
set Oven temperature
or
set Core temperature
Set the new value using the "Setting knob"
when the button's LED is lit.
NOTE! The oven temperature cannot be set lower than 5°C above the set core temperature.
Press "Start"
The LED lights.
The displays show
- actual oven temp.
- HOLD
- actual core temp.
The fan runs at intervals
