Alarms

If the door has been left open for an ex-
tended period of time, an alarm will sound
and the door ajar indicator wilt display on
the right side of the display. The alarm is
turned off by closing the door. The mute
sounds key wilt illuminate to prompt the
resetof any pending alarms. Pressthis key
to reset any system alarms.
tn the event of a high temperature condi-
tion, the temperature display will display
"HI". After 20 minutes, the high ternp alert
will be displayed and the mute sounds icon
will illuminateuntil pressed, acknowledg-
ingthe alarm, at which time the highest
temperature reachedwill bedisplayed and
the refrigerator will resume normal opera-
tion. All other modes areturned off until
the alarm is acknowledged.
In the event of a power failure, the power
fail alert will bedisplayed and the mute
sounds iconwill be illuminated and you
will hear an audiblealarm until the mute
soundsicon is pressed, acknowledging
the alarm. Other modes may beturned off
until the alarm is acknowledged. When the
powerfail alert is turned off the refrigera-
tor will resume normal operation. The high
ternp alarm may also be illuminated until
a safe operating range temperature has
been reached.
