Auto Defrost by Weight is an accurate defrosting method for frozen meat, poultry or fish.
Example: To defrost 1.7 kg of Poultry:
1. Touch Pause/Clear (
).
2. Touch Auto Weight Defrost button once (
).
3. Set the desired weight ( 1.7 kg ) by pressing buttons ’ 1 ’ then ’ 7 ’ on the number pad.
4. Touch Start (
).
Example: To defrost 0.8 kg of Meat:
1. Touch Pause/Clear (
).
2. Touch Auto Weight Defrost button twice (
).
3. Set the desired weight ( 0.8 kg ) by pressing buttons ’ 0 ’ then ’ 8 ’ on the number pad.
4. Touch Start (
).
Example: To defrost 1.2 kg of Fish:
1. Touch Pause/Clear (
).
2. Touch Auto Weight Defrost button three times (
).
3. Set the desired weight ( 1.2 kg ) by pressing buttons ’ 1 ’ then ’ 2 ’ on the number pad.
4. Touch Start (

 The Auto Defrost function cam be used in conjunction with two and three stage cooking. Auto Defrost
can only be set for the first stage. Follow the instructions for two and three stage cooking to add an
extra cooking stage.
