5.6 Humidity control
The glass shelf of the GreenZone drawer is
fitted with a device that regulates its sealing
and can be used to manage the humidity
inside the drawer.
Do not place any food products on the
humidity control device.
The position of the humidity control depends
on the type and quantities of fruit and
vegetables:
• Slots closed: recommended for low
quantities of fruit and vegetables. It
provides for longer preservation of the
natural moisture content in fruit and
vegetables.
• Slots opened: recommended for larger
quantities of fruit and vegetables. It
provides for more air circulation resulting
in lower air moisture.
To remove the humidity control device, open
the drawer below the glass shelf and pull out
the cover.
Depending on the quantity and condition
of fruit and vegetables stored in the
GreenZone drawer, condensation may
occur. In such a case, remove the
condensation using a soft cloth and set
the humidity control to low humidity
position.
