In cases of breakdown or faults, your ERGORAPIDO® must be taken to an
authorized Electrolux service centre.
If the supply cord or charger is damaged, it must be replaced by
Electrolux or its service agent or an equally qualied person in order to
avoid a hazard.
Batteries are components subject to wear and tear due to consumer use
and natural degradation. For cleaners that do not feature exchangeable
battery packs, the cleaner must be taken to an Electrolux authorized
service center for battery replacement. Consult your warranty document
to understand the coverage of the batteries.
