Why does the freezer door on my Electrolux ESE5301AG-MY open after closing the fridge door?

  It's normal for the freezer door to momentarily open and re-close when you close the refrigerator door. However, if the freezer door stays open, tilt the Electrolux refrigerator cabinet backwards a little further. Note that a service call for this issue is not covered under warranty.
