Why does the freezer door on my Electrolux Refrigerator open after closing the fridge door?

  It's normal for the freezer door to momentarily open and re-close when you close the refrigerator door. However, if the freezer door stays open, tilt the Electrolux refrigerator cabinet backwards a little further. Note that a service call for this issue is not covered under warranty.

  If your Electrolux Refrigerator is not operating, ensure the power cord is properly plugged into a switched 'ON' power outlet. You may also hear occasional gurgling sounds, similar to water boiling, airflow noise from the small fan circulating air, or a popping noise during automatic defrost. Ensure the cabinet is level, the floor is even and strong, bottles are not rattling, there are no objects vibrating on or around the refrigerator, and that there's sufficient space between the fridge and the wall. Check and take action.
