10.3 Water drain connection
• Connect the water drain hose into a
drain pipe with minimum diameter of
40 mm.
• Put the water drain hose directly into
the sink. use the special plastic
support.
The water drain hose must be less than
600 mm from the bottom of the appliance
to prevent problems during the draining
phases.
Remove the sink plug when the
appliance drains water to prevent that
the water goes back into the appliance.
The extension of the water drain hose
must not be longer than 2 m. The internal
diameter must not be smaller than the
diameter of the drain hose.
If you connect the water drain hose to a
trap spigot under the sink, remove the
plastic membrane (A). If you do not
remove the membrane, remaining food
can cause a blockage in the drain hose
spigot.
10.4 Final check
Before you turn on the dishwasher check
if:
• The appliance is levelled and fixed
properly.
• The inlet valve is open.
• Inlet hose connections are fully
tightened and not leaking.
• The wires are tightly connected.
• The power is switched on.
• The inlet and drain hoses are knotted.
• All packing materials and printings are
removed from the dishwasher.
