USING THE TWINSTREAM AS
A DRY VACUUM CLEANER
1) Remove the shampoo tank from
the power unit by faking hold of
it from the rear and lifting it off
(see fig. 3).
IMPORTANT
2) Ensure the two. air injection
outlets are closed by moving the
lever from right to left to close
(see fig. 4).
3) Remove the motor housing from
the drum by releasing the clips in
an outward direction (see fig. 5)
DRY FILTERING SYSTEMS
Check that all the dry suction filters
are correctly fitted as shown in fig.
14,
1) Ensure location lug is lined up
with recess on the rear of drum
and replace the power unit onto
the drum and secure the latches.
2) Insert the end of the hose into.
the suction inlet and turn if to the
left until is locked in place
3) Insert the straight tubes onto the
hose handle.
4) Insert the appropriate nozzie
onto the end of the, straight
Tubes.
The appliance can be used with or
without a dustbag, but it is
recommended that a dustbag is
used. See dustbag for fitting
instructions.
Note: This appliance is fitted with a
handle with suction regulator
to vary the suction power. The
variation is carried out by
means of the pushbutton on
the handle. When the hole is
closed maximum suction is
obtained, and the suction
power is gradually reduced as
this ls opened.
PICKING UP WET SPILLAGES
Release the latches by pushing them
outwards from the top, and raise the
power unit.
Remove the paper and cloth filters
from the basket and keep safely,
check that the round foam motor
fitter under the float is correctly fitted
and perfectly clean. See fig. 6 and
6a.
Replace the power unit onto the
drum and push the latches back into
position.
Attach the hose in position
Position the weft suction nozzle on the
straight tubes.
USING THE TWINSTREAM
FOR SHAMPOOING
CARPETS
Before washing thoroughly vacuum
the carpet.
Empty the dust from the drum and
wash it with water.
Remove the paper and cloth filter,
Check that the foam motor filter
under the float is not obstructed or
dirty.
Note: The shampoo solution should
only be used as directed. An
unobtrusive section of the
carpet shoula Uc cnecked for
colour fastness prior use.
Attach the trigger control onto the
bent end of the main hose in
direction of arrow (Fig. 7) making
sure it clicks into place.
Assemble the hose, straight tubes
and shampoo nozzie, clip the
combined shampoo and air tube
onto the hose and straight tubes with”
the fixing rings, the rings should be
placed at regular intervals in the
a
