PREPARATION
In
order to achieve the best spraying effect and ensure the normal operation of the spraying
machine, it is important to dilute the sprayed paint
to
the correct viscosity. Before operati
on
,
always ensure that the paint to
be
sprayed is free
of
dust, dirt, and grease. The paint or
liquid to be sprayed should be thoroughly mixed, without lumps
or
other particles. Many
substances can be sprayed with a spray gun, but before purchasing paint, be sure to check
the manufacturer's recommendations. Due to the fact that materials vary by brand, this
guide can only provide general information.

Before spraying the project, first choose the right nozzle size that fits the project. If you don't
choose the right nozzle, the spraying effect will be different. Please refer to the table below
for nozzle sizes suitable for spraying projects.

2) HOW TO REPLACE THE NOZZLE
Unscrew the nut, remove the air cup and nozzle, install a new nozzle and air cup in turn,
and then tighten the nut.
