The Elto Multifunction Power Meter is a device designed to measure and display various electrical parameters for household appliances. It is intended for indoor use only and should not be plugged into other meters.
The power meter provides a comprehensive overview of electrical consumption and performance. Its primary functions include:
The device cycles through various data displays by pressing the "FUNC." button: VOLTac → AMP → WATT → KWh → TOTAL PRICE; TOTAL ON TIME → PRICE1 → PRICE2. It initially displays the current clock, line voltage, and frequency upon power-up after battery insertion. Subsequent presses of the "FUNC." button reveal line current and power factor, real power and power factor, accumulative KWh and power factor, total on-time and total electric charge, total on-time and electric charge for Price 1, and total on-time and electric charge for Price 2. Holding the "FUNC." button for 5 seconds clears accumulated total electric quantity and total electric charge when displaying total electric charge or price-specific charges. An "OVER" message will flash if the total electric quantity or charge overflows.
Battery Installation: The device requires three LR44/AG13 batteries, inserted according to polarity. After battery insertion, the "MASTER CLEAR" button must be pressed to clear all data and programs, making the meter ready for setup. The battery cover must be in place before use, and batteries should be removed if the device is not in use for a long time.

Setting Current Clock:
Setting Price of Cost/kWh: This feature allows users to program two different electricity tariffs.
Appliance Connection: The meter should be plugged into a standard 240V power outlet. An appliance should then be plugged into the meter's outlet. It is crucial not to plug in appliances with a load exceeding 10 Amp (2400W). Ensure the appliance's plug is fully inserted.
Cleaning: If cleaning is required, the meter must be removed from mains power. It should then be wiped with a dry cloth.
Standby Mode: The LCD display will turn off after 10 seconds of no operation when AC power is disconnected. Pressing any key will reactivate the display.
