Troubleshooting
Problem: Freezing while recording
Cause: Defect of the SD card
Solution: Format the SD card or try another SD card
Problem: Turning off randomly
Cause: Wrong contact between camera and holder
Solution: Try to mount the camera more carefully into the holder
Cause: Wrong adaptor
Solution: Use always only original adaptor
Problem: Wrong GPS localization
Cause: Wrong contact between camera and holder
Solution: Try to mount the camera more carefully into the holder
Solution: Check if the powering cable is properly connected into the holder,
not into camera
Problem: Camera stops recording and segments have variable length
Cause: If the motion detection function is on, the camera can record
segments of variable lentghs. Note: Movement event is detected from the
picture. If there is no movement detected, the camera stops recording.
Solution: Turn off motion detection
Problem: Impossible to turn off the sound
Cause: There can be a difference in control according to firmware version
Solution: Try short press of turn-off button or long press of the MENU button.
