5. EXPRESS COOK
In standby mode, press the Number buttons 1-6 and the microwave
will immediately start cooking at 100% power for the selected time. For
example, press "2" to cook for two minutes.
6. TIME COOK
High Power
100% (100P) and 90% (90P) power output
(Applicable for quick and thorough cooking)
Medium High
Power
80% (80P) and 70% (70P) power output
(Applicable for medium express cooking)
Medium Power
60% (60P) and 50% (50P) power output
(Applicable for steaming food)
Medium Low
Power
40% (40P) and 30% (30P) power output
(Applicable for defrosting food)
Low Power
20% (20P) and 10% (10P) power output
(Applicable for keeping warm)
1) Press the Weight Defrost button to select Weight Defrost function, the
display shows “dEF1”, prompting to enter the food weight;
2) Use the Number buttons to enter the food weight, the input range is 4~50
oz;
3) Press the START/+30SEC button to start defrosting. The oven will beep
when completed.
1) Press the Time Cook button;
2) Press the Number buttons 0~9 to enter your desired cooking time. The
maximum time can be entered is 99 min. 99 sec.;
3) If cooking at default 100% power, skip to step 4.
Press the Power button repeatedly to select the desired power level, or press
Number button 0~9 to select the desired power level. For example, press
Number button “1” for 10P microwave power, press Number button “2” for
20P microwave power, and press Number button “1” and “0” to select 100P
full power.
4) Press the START/+30SEC button to start cooking. The oven will beep
when completed.
