DX specific pseudo-commands
There are 2 pseudo-commands which are used only with the DX drives:
COM: DX PUT COM port TEXT text STRING RESPONSE response
COM: DX SELECT AXIS axis
These commands are fully described in the builder software and illustrated in
the included example programs.
