Overexertion through EMS training
EMS Training is an especially effective form
of training and can lead to overexertion in in-
dividual cases, particularly if the training in-
tensity is too high.

nausea, circulatory problems, persistent fa-
tigue or other health changes following EMS
training, you must immediately consult a doc-
tor.
