EMS FireCell FC-323-CA1 Verification Guide

Introduction
The procedure described in this document is a verication of performance and not a
calibration. Calibration requires complex equipment to conduct measurements which due
to the nature of the site survey equipment is not required. The verication will conrm
continued performance of the survey kit such that it is suitable for continued use without the
cost of formal calibration.
There are two sections outlined within this document:
Section 1 - General maintenance (pages 3 to 4)
Section 2 - Two yearly maintenance (pages 5 to 6)

When replacing batteries; observe correct polarity, using only specied batteries shown
below.
Note: Fitting of an incorrect battery type invalidates the product certication and may result
in poor performance.

Pole Mounted Survey Tool: 4x AA Alkaline batteries
