is on.
2) Make wiring according to user manual to avoid damaging the system.

4) Make sure the ground connection is wired.

ELC-186RT PLC unit has got support 8 digital input, 2 relay output, 4 Transistor output.
I/O capacity can extend to 256 point with expansion modules.
